Retained Assignments

Usually these are undertaken for either, senior assignments, highly confidential ones, or those that require specialist skills that are generally difficult to find in the open market.

This initially involves a detailed briefing with one of our consultants. The consultant, will then draw up a specification and identify the most appropriate method for attracting the right candidate. This might include either advertising or a search and selection assignment. Due to the additional work required by
the consultant on the assignment, it is usual for the client to pay a third of the fee on acceptance, a third on the presentation of a short list and the final third on the completion of the assignment.

Headhunting

Our business development consultants will actively pursue candidates not yet registered with us by targeting companies agreed with our client. However, the limiting factor is that we will not headhunt from clients with whom we have a PSL agreement with.

Search & Selection

We will undertake a search and selection assignment on behalf of a client for suitable positions on a retained basis.

In addition to the above methods for sourcing candidates, many are referred to us or are candidates who wish to reuse our services. We see this as evidence of our quality of service.
